Purchon Innovation and Technology Limited ("P.I.T", "we") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the P.I.T software on your own hardware, in line with the plan or written agreement you take out. You get a licence to use the software — you do not buy the software itself.
The software is offline-first: it runs as a private instance on your hardware. Your business data stays with you. You are responsible for your own hardware, security, and backups of your data.
The number of machines or installations covered is set by your plan or agreement. Additional installations require an additional licence.
Except to the extent the law expressly allows, you may not: copy, resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the software; reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble it; remove or alter any notices; or use it outside the terms of your licence.
The software, its design and all intellectual property in it remain owned by P.I.T. This agreement gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of it.
Any updates, maintenance or support are provided as set out in your plan or agreement.
Use of the software's AI and automation features is subject to our AI & Automation Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out there and in your agreement. Nothing in this licence excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.
This licence ends if you materially breach it. On termination you must stop using the software. Your data remains yours, on your hardware.
This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
