P.I.T software uses AI and automation to help with your back-office — drafting, sorting, chasing and similar tasks. These features are tools to assist you. They can be wrong, and they do not replace your own judgement or professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing what the software produces and for the decisions you make from it. Automated actions — for example drafting invoices, messages or records — should be checked before they are sent or acted on. Keep your own backups of important data.
Output from the software is not legal, financial, tax, compliance or other professional advice. Where something matters, take advice from a qualified professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purchon Innovation and Technology Limited is not liable for business losses, lost profits or revenue, data loss or corruption, or operational errors arising from AI or automated actions, or from your use of or reliance on the software's output.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
The software is offline-first and runs on your own hardware. Because your data stays with you, you are responsible for securing and backing it up.
