Acceptable Use Policy

The basics

You may use P.I.T software and its automation and AI features only for lawful business purposes, and only in line with your licence. This policy sets out what is not allowed.

You must not use the software to

• break any law, or process data you have no right to process;
• send spam, or unsolicited bulk or nuisance messages;
• gain unauthorised access to any system, network or account, or attempt to;
• create, store or distribute malware, or anything designed to harm or disrupt;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• harass, defraud, deceive or harm others;
• bypass or defeat security or usage controls in the software; or
• misrepresent automated output as something it is not.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for how the software is used under your licence, including by anyone you allow to use it, and for the data you put through it.

If this policy is breached

We may suspend or end your licence for a serious or repeated breach, in line with your agreement. Where the law requires it, we will report unlawful activity.
